The monastery, a sense of community, spirituality, faith and Christian values – it goes without saying that these can all be found at our school.
For young people, the Disentis Abbey offers masses and prayers by the Benedictine monks, the Disentis youth vigil and midday meditation or the monthly Praise God youth evening. You may attend them, but don’t have to.
The following is compulsory: participation in the two religion subjects (Catholicism or Protestantism) as well as ethics and philosophy, and participation in special services when they take place, for example, at the beginning of the academic year or on St. Benedict’s Day.
