We lead the Disentis Abbey School in a goal-oriented way using the balanced scorecard (BSC) participatory management tool. We were praised for this as part of quality certification as a Switzerland-wide benchmark: “The networking and management of school and quality development by means of a balanced scorecard (BSC) is a model example in the Swiss educational landscape,” writes the certification authority SGS in their report.
Regular internal and external evaluations of quality and processes ensure the continuous development of our high school/boarding school.
The Disentis Abbey School and Boarding School was granted Q2E certification without conditions by the world's leading certification body SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance). With this, the SGS certifies our internal quality management to be impeccable. The Q2E certification allows us to accommodate international students from non-EU countries in the boarding school. The successful certification according to the Q2E standard certifies our school and quality development as outstanding: “The networking and management of school and quality development by means of a balanced scorecard (BSC) is a model example in the Swiss educational landscape,” writes the certification authority SGS in their certification report. The Q2E Certificate is valid for three years provided that the intermediate audits in 2017 and 2018 are successful. |
