Not everyone needs the same amount. And not everyone needs the same amount across different phases in life. Some of our young students like to go to bed just after 9.00 p.m.
The oldest go to bed at 11.00 p.m. in their own rooms. It is about finding your own rhythm.
We orientate ourselves around the following times:
All: At 10.00 p.m., the entrance doors close automatically, there is silence on the floors
1st year: At 9.30 p.m. the students are in their rooms
2nd year: At 10.00 p.m., the students are in their rooms
3rd/4th years: At 10.30 p.m. the students are in their rooms
5th/6th years: At 11.00 p.m. the students are in their rooms
